10 Merrymount is a former 20-000 commercial space in the historic district of Quincy Center. In 2015 it was converted into a 23-unit residential rental building. Boston Property Management’s services were enlisted as soon as construction was completed. This complex features 8 one-bedroom, 13 two-bedroom, and 2 three-bedroom apartments along with a fitness center on the first floor and 21 outside parking spots. Tenants enjoy the neighborhood which is very convenient for commuting to downtown Boston via the red line or recreational pleasure at the beach and restaurants.
